Inspected and tested in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. This white vinyl coated ring, with white rope, contains unicellular polyurethane foam for buoyancy. It also contains floating polypropylene grab lines, which have UV stabilizers to ensure sunlight resistance. Molded-in becket design means there are no straps to wear, mildew, or deteriorate. Minimum buoyancy - 16.5 lbs.
